A faixa de abertura, I Will Not Be Coming Back, apresenta uma interpretação intensa e carregada de emoção.

Ann Wilson proves rock has no expiration date with new Tripsitter album
The legendary Heart vocalist releases Consecrated Ground, blending psychedelic rock, blues, and the intensity of one of the most remarkable voices in rock history.
Anyone familiar with Ann Wilson through her powerful performances on classics like Barracuda, Crazy on You, and Magic Man may discover a few surprises in her latest work.
Released on October 9, Consecrated Ground features nine tracks recorded with Tripsitter, the band that accompanies Wilson on her solo projects and also backs Heart on tour.
The album follows 2023’s Another Door, continuing a musical partnership that has developed over several years.
Recorded at Paul Moak’s studio in Nashville, the album moves between hard-hitting rock, psychedelia, and blues-inspired sensitivity, while preserving the unmistakable vocal personality that has made Wilson an inspiration to generations of singers.
Opening track I Will Not Be Coming Back delivers an intense, emotionally charged performance. Bone Pain explores a more visceral sound, while Hot Foot and Renaissance Kids bring back the energy of straightforward rock.
In an interview with People magazine, Wilson explained that the new album has a musical identity distinct from her work with Heart. For the singer, the freedom to explore different musical directions remains an essential part of her creative process.
And this doesn’t mean leaving the past behind.
Alongside her sister Nancy Wilson, Ann remains connected to Heart, the band that helped expand women’s presence in rock during the 1970s.
With Consecrated Ground, Wilson demonstrates that a career built on timeless classics doesn’t have to remain confined to them. At 76, she continues writing, recording, and exploring new musical possibilities, showing no signs of slowing down.
